DANIEL G. DRAKE

Attorney Daniel G. Drake is a ten-year veteran of the St. Petersburg, Florida Police Department. Mr. Drake attended Saint Leo University where he graduated summa cum laude and was selected co-valedictorian. Thereafter, he attended Stetson University College of Law where he was a member of the Stetson Law Review and received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude.

Mr. Drake currently focuses his practice on the representation of commercial and residential landlords in various legal matters such as evictions, lease disputes, and vendor performance & payment issues. Mr. Drake currently represents over 150 private landlords, management companies, and apartment communities in the central Florida area. Mr. Drake has taught several seminars for the Bay Area Apartment Association (he was voted the 2003 B.A.A.A. “volunteer of the year”) and Lorman Education Services. He is also an agent for both Attorney's Title Insurance Fund and Stewart Title Guaranty Company and represents parties and commercial lenders in real estate transactional matters. Mr. Drake is admitted to practice in all Florida trial and appellate courts as well as the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida.
